Can You Give Me 40 Days?
Hi Frontliners!
So, what say you? Can you give me 40 days? Wait, that did not sound right. I mean, can you give God 40 days? Now, that is better. :)
There were 35 of us who went up Penang Hill for Spiritual Enrichment Weekend a while ago, and many of them have testified that they had an amazing time with God. Well, we do not want it to end there, but to carry it on and continue to build on it.
With that said, as a church, especially for the zones that have gone through the SEW, we will be going through a book called Give Me 40 Days: An Invitation for an Encounter with God by Freeda Bowers. More information will be given out in the coming Frontliners Service. We will be launching the book then, so please be there!
All of us will have to purchase the book each. This is because it is also a workbook for you to write in. It will be difficult to share because you may not want to share your personal stuffs with others.
Actual Price: RM40
After 50% subsidy from the church: RM20
After 25% subsidy from Frontliners: RM10
Please pay to your cell group leaders RM10 either on 18 September 2011 before or after church service OR 23 September 2011 before or after Frontliners Service. After 23 September 2011, you will have to pay RM20.

Paint To Touch Lives
Hey Frontliners!
When was the last time you held a paintbrush? Well, it could be quite recent for some of you, and not so for some others. Anyway, when was the last time you touched lives by painting? :) Now, this is your chance! Your chance to reach out, extend a hand (or two), and TOUCH. We are going to invade S.K. St Mark Perai with colours!
This is truly going to be a fun time! You would not want your friends to miss it! So what are you waiting for? GO! INVITE YOUR FRIENDS! There will also be some games/sports after the hard work. See you there!
OH! Please let your cell group leaders know your attendance and how many of your friends that are going by this Friday afternoon, 26 August 2011. We need to book the bus earlier because the whole of next week is a holiday, so booking service might be unavailable then.

Date: 29 - 31 July 2011 (Friday night to Sunday morning)
Venue: Bethel House of Prayer
Fee: RM32/person (inclusive of accommodation and food only)
PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
1. Bring RM8 and your IC to buy the (two-way) train ticket.
2. Reach the Penang Hill train station at 7:00 pm sharp on Friday.
3. Dinner WILL NOT be provided on Friday. Please have your dinner before you come.
4. Breakfast WILL be provided on Sunday morning and the church van will take us to church for church service.
5. Bring extra food (e.g. cup noodles, biscuits, etc.) if you think you might be hungry in between meals.
6. Things to bring: Bible, journal/notebook, pen, torchlight, toiletries, and everything else that you need for a 3D/2N stay.

This entry is especially for those that are going to the Revolution Conference 2011: REUNIION from 2-4 June 2011.
Rules:
1. Listen to and obey Pr. Tom and Sis. Wai Wai at all times.
2. Stay within the boundaries set. E.g. the hotel, conference centre boundaries, etc.
3. Follow the conference and Acts Church rules.
4. Be in good conduct and speech. E.g. behaviour, words used, dressing, etc.
5. Stay away from the room of the person of the opposite sex.
6. Stick to the plan and purpose of the trip.
7. Ensure that Pr. Tom and Sis. Wai Wai know your whereabouts, activities, etc.
IF YOU BREAK ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES, YOU WILL BE SENT HOME IMMEDIATELY. NO REFUND.
A few things you need to take note:
- Be punctual for everything.
- Keep your belongings properly. Your things, your responsibility.
- Inform Pr. Tom or Sis. Wai Wai immediately in case of emergency. E.g. sickness, injury, etc.
- Respect everyone.
- Participate in all the sessions.
- Bring a notebook and a pen (your bible too of course!) to take down notes.
- Look after for each other.

Frontliners Spiritual Enrichment Weekend
Frontliners!
Imagine a weekend up on a mountain, away from the hot weather and busy schedule, with great company.. Imagine no more!
This year, our church theme is.. Intimacy with God! In order to experience an intimate relationship with God, we need to build our personal altar, family altar and church altar. So we are coming together to help, encourage and support one another to do just that!
Please take note of the dates and block them out in your calendar!
Date: 29 - 31 July 2011 (Friday night to Sunday morning)

RE:UNIION The Revolution Conference 2011

Most of you attended REVO Penang just last weekend, and that is not the end! Middle of this year, there will be a RE:UNIION in Kuala Lumpur! (No, I did not misspell the word. It is reunion with double "I".)
These are the details:
Date: 2 - 4 June 2011, Thursday - Saturday
Place: Kuala Lumpur (The conference centre has yet TBD.)
These are the expenses for the trip.
Registration for the conference: RM20
Accommodation for 3 days and 2 nights: RM88
Please pay your cell group leader RM108 to confirm your place for this conference.
Total necessary expenses: ~RM200 [including RM108 AND Transportation (Petrol & Toll) + Food]
If you want to purchase the REVO T-shirts, badges, etc., please bring extra cash.
For those below 18, you will need to fill in a permission slip with your parent's signature. The permission slip will be handed out to you when it is available.
ATTENTION! Your place for this conference is only confirmed when you have made your payment of RM108. You only have 2 Sundays to make your payment, 24 April 2011 and 1 May 2011. After which you will have to make your own arrangement for this conference.

Effective Witness Training (For Campus Only)
Hi Frontliners Campus!
There is a training on effective witnessing, specially for the Frontliners campus youths. Below are the details. If you want to know more, feel free to ask me or you can find out more here.
Dates: 19 March, 2 & 23 April, 7 & 28 May, 4 June (Saturdays)
Time: 5.00 pm - 7.00 pm (every session)
Trainer: Bro. Douglas (RGBC member)
Venue: RGBC
This is ONE training which consists of six (6) sessions. The dates are listed above. Every session takes two hours. The first hour is theory, and the second hour is practical, where you will be taken out to practice what you have learned in the first hour. Please inform Lee Wai Wai, the campus cell group leader, by 1 March 2011 if you want to sign up.
THE WHOLE CAMPUS CELL GROUP IS INVITED TO BE A PART OF THIS!

There are captain ball, dodge ball, ultimate frisbee, and floorball to choose from. Pick one! Don't miss out!
